Tern for Travelers App

To ensure your trip planning and travel experience are as seamless as possible, all clients are asked to set up their travel account. This gives you access to your complete itinerary anytime—both online and offline—along with real-time flight updates while you’re traveling.

Completing this step helps ensure a smooth, stress-free journey from planning through your return home.

For the easiest setup, we recommend creating your account on a computer. The larger screen makes the process quicker and more comfortable.

1. Visit the account setup website
    
2. Enter the same email address you use (or will use) as a client with us
    
3. Check your inbox and verify your email using the confirmation link
    
4. Log in with your new credentials—you’re all set!
   

Once your account is set up, the Tern for Travelers mobile app allows you to access your itinerary on the go—perfect for travel days.

After downloading the app:

• Log in using the same email and password you created on your computer
   
• Your full itinerary will be available online and offline, with live flight updates during your trip
   

P.S. You’ll be able to view your trip details throughout every step of planning—even starting with your first proposal!

Be sure to log in and open your trip while you still have internet access before traveling. This allows your itinerary to download to your device so it can be accessed without Wi-Fi or cellular service.
